Presently working as Additional Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad. She is known for her dedication to work, honesty, integrity and bravery. She fought with terrorism in Tarai area of Saharanpur, When she was CO Rampur/Nakur in district Saharanpur in 1995-96. She always remains ready to help needy people and who do not have say in society or in bureaucracy. She is a strong back to helpless and needy people. She tries her best to do justice wherever needed. She is a motivation to youngsters who wish to swim in counter waves. She has strong faith in God. Her message to people and youngsters is,’if you wish to serve Him, serve the people made by Him’( Him means God). She got Red and White Bravery Aaward for settling maximum number of marital disputes in Saharanpur district.
As SP Traffic Bareilly, She did tremendous work for traffic awareness in students and civilians. She fought against corruption and got notorious traffic constables dismissed from service.
As SP Crime/Rural Muzaffarnagar in 2013, she did Herculean task of controlling Muzaffarnagar riots and maintaining peace and low and order. Justice Sahay Commitee gave appreciation to her work as Police Officer during Muzaffarnagar riots.
As Commandant 49 battalian PAC, she set up Metro Security Training Center in Gautam Buddh Nagar named 'Drishti' where Metro Security Training is being given to State Security Force. She got DGP Commendation Disc for her meritorious work and services
She is an officer of outstanding ability. In view of her long and meritorious service and dedication to the service, she was awarded President's Police Medal in 2017.
She has received Presidential Medal on Independence Day 2024 for her distinguished Services
